International Graduate Program

At Scandinavian tobacco group we know that the talented Graduates of today are the leaders of tomorrow. If we are to remain in the leading position of our industry we need to attract the best people, develop them and make sure they are passionate about staying aboard, contributing to our competitive edge. This is why we offer our 2 year International Graduate Programme that takes you through every aspect of your functional area, in a global FMCG company.

As an International Graduate you will experience a variety of challenging tasks and projects. You will work with various tasks, departments and subsidiaries across the organization and will obtain a broad professional knowledge of both products and functions.

You will develop a unique insight into the full international value chain of your functional area in Scandinavian Tobacco Group, and you will build your skills in strategic as well as tactical operations.

You will be part of a high performing and informal environment and coached by HR, your sponsors and your personal mentor. The Graduate programme ensures that you will gain a strong international network as well as extensive international training and development opportunities.

Develop yourself with a global market leader
An International Graduate agreement is a two year programme in the Scandinavian Tobacco Group. We establish Graduate positions based on tactical needs and aim to offer the Graduates permanent positions at the end of the programme.

The International Graduate Programme is tailored to ensure your full personal and professional development. During the programme you will have your own mentor, who will support you through the whole programme in order to develop your full potential.

The programme is highly international and structured around modules that last from 3 to 6 months, including an international module that typically takes place either in Europe, US or Canada.
 

Trainee 

Requirements
You are a high performing recent graduate at Master Degree level with a theoretical grounding in a relevant functional area. You speak and write English and have developed your competencies by travelling or living abroad. Besides total commitment to your degree studies, you have also found time to build your working experience e.g. through a student job or similar.

You have a strong drive and are a strong team player. You have an international focus and find yourself comfortable in changing cultural conditions.
