People development

Staff development
Our business development is closely connected with continuous development of staff competences. Staff development interviews are important for the planning of the individual's development, and enable objectives to be set for the development of competences, learning processes, working tasks and project participation.
Management development
The development of managers in an international group like STG is essential to create a common culture and reach our ambitious objectives. We ask a lot of our managers, who need to focus on developing the business and our customer relations as well as managing finances, planning and projects – and help inspire and motivate their staff, and be able to give valuable feedback.
In-job training
At STG we think it is important that staff learn in the context where they are going to use what they learn - i.e. in their jobs.
The most significant competence development takes place when staff carry out challenging tasks as part of their job.
We develop and learn from our capable and experienced colleagues in an environment of professionalism everywhere in the Group.
