After submission, your application is assessed by the hiring manager and the local recruitment team member (the more closely your experience matches the job description, the better). Unless stated otherwise, we assess applications within two weeks following the application deadline.
Personality and ability assessments
Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete personality and ability assessments. If applicable, this is normally the first step following the initial screening.
You may be invited to one or more interviews (the more critical the position, the more interviews we conduct). Depending on the position you’ve applied for, interviews can cover your motivation, your skills, various presentations, and more. They also give you an opportunity to ask questions about the job and our company. We complete the interview process as quickly as possible.
Final conclusion and feedback
Upon completion of the recruitment process, one or more applicants will be offered the job. We always provide applicants we have interviewed with verbal feedback, and we provide our feedback as soon as possible.
